My name is John Slingsby and I am a self employed painter and decorator. I am apprenticeship trained with over 40 years experience. More about me
I began my apprenticeship in 1982 with RJ Barwick & Sons, Dover. This was combined with studying at South Kent College, Folkestone. I obtained both City & Guilds and Advanced Craft qualifications. I then worked for local company, P Summers & Sons before deciding to go self employed in 1989.
